The new GE Profile Double Oven Freestanding Range offers the largest oven capacity in the industry. It allows you to cook 2 different dishes at 2 different temperatures at the same time. With a spacious 6.5 total cu. ft. of cooking space, this range is a preferred choice for those who enjoy freshly baked rolls with their meals or a delicate cheese souffle as a side for a crisp fish fillet.
The PB975 features a lower oven with the accuracy of GE's exclusive reversing fan technology in the PreciseAir convection system. It provides optimal heat circulation and temperature accuracy throughout for deliciously browned, evenly baked foods. In the upper oven, it features GE's exclusive pizza mode which is ideal for baking pizzas, fresh or frozen. There's even a slow-cook mode with 4 settings for gently roasting tender beef or rich stews. No separate slow-cooker required.
GE redesigned the European convection system by making the cavity larger. Now only 1 1/2 inch deep, it is a full one inch thinner then the previous design. Unlike other double ovens, this Profile range includes Interchangable, self-cleaning racks that can be used in either the upper or lower oven. With so much space, it can easily accomodate a 4 quart casserole dish. |
