HomeEverything.com offers 2 general available options for placing orders.

Order by Phone: Call us toll free at 1-888-518-3484 and speak to one of our knowledgeable trained sales representatives who'll be eager to answer your questions and concerns.

Order Online: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Changes can be made after ordering by calling us at 1-888-518-3484. 

Promotional Codes:  Promotional Codes are special alphanumeric codes that represent specific discounts off the price on the products HomeEverything offer. If you have a promotional code or coupon code you must enter it during checkout process.  You will be prompted to enter the code at the same page that you select your shipping method. Once you enter the code and click submit, the promotional code discount will be applied, and you will see it reflected on the next page. The discount is immediately deducted from your total purchase price before payment is made.

Sales Tax:  State and Local Sales Tax (8.375%) is automatically charged for orders shipped into the state of New York, only.

Product Descriptions:  We provide complete Product Descriptions on most of the product we offer including detailed specs and images. If you require additional information we recommend that you research the manufacturer’s website.

Order Processing:  Order processing time will vary from order to order depending on several criteria. This is the time it takes us to process and verify customer billing and shipping addresses, to validate, verify, and secure credit card payment, transmit order to warehouse for packing and shipping. It is the total calculation of time it takes to process all these events from when we first receive an order until it actually leaves our warehouse for delivery that is identified as Order Processing time. With that said; on average HomeEverything.com processes orders within 2 business days of receipt. Sometimes an order can take only 1 hour to process sometimes several days. It depends on size of order, shipping address, and credit card validation.

Delivery:  Delivery time of your order to your home (or final destination) is between 5-7 business days. Please note the term “Delivery Time” means the amount of time your package will be in transit from our warehouse to its final destination and does not include the amount of time needed for order processing as described above. 

You can Track the Status of Your Order at anytime online by clicking on the “My Account” link located in the top menu bar of HomeEverything.com webpage. Simply login to you’re “My Account” with your user ID and password and follow the online instructions. Please note shipping information is not available until the item has left the warehouse and we are provided with tracking information. This tracking information can be entered in the corresponding delivery service used (this information will also be provided to you.) Under normal circumstances, this information is automatically emailed to you.

Your Credit Card is charged only after it has gone through the order verification process, at which point it is transmitted to our warehouse for picking and packing.

OrderAcceptance Policy:  Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  HomeEverything.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Orders placed online utilizing promotional offers by coupons are directed exclusively to the recipients and are non-transferable. In an event a coupon is misused in this manner, HomeEverything.com reserves the right to cancel such order without prior notice. HomeEverything.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

We do not accept International credit cards. Cashiers checks may be verified with the issuing bank. Billing Address:  We require your Billing Address for all credit card orders. This is the address at which you receive your credit card bill each month. You may choose to ship your order to a different address other than your billing address; however, this may result in longer order processing time. We encourage you to ship your order to your billing address. Sales Tax will be automatically charged to all orders being shipped into the state of NY.  Your Credit Card is charged only after it has gone through the order verification process, at which point it is transmitted to our warehouse for picking and packing.

Shipping

HomeEverything.com ships orders out from many different warehouses across the USA. The shipping method used will depend on the weight and size of your item.

Shipping Time & Status Explanations:  All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by our Credit and Fraud Protection Department. Below you will find a breakdown of how orders proceed as well as status explanations that can be viewed by logging into your account.

New Order- Your order has been received

Working- We are checking item availability as well as verifying customer information for accuracy.

Back Order- Your item is on backorder and we will keep you posted as to the expected delivery date.

In Process- Your items are available and will now follow normal ordering procedure.

Shipped- Your order has been shipped and you will receive a call and/or email with delivery and tracking information of the trucking service used for your order.

CC Problems- Please contact us, as we cannot process your credit card.
We ship free to the entire US. If available, additional charges may apply to AK and HI, PR, Canada, and the Caribbean. We do not ship Internationally except for the territories mentioned above.

Do I need to be at home for delivery?  If your item is shipping "Free Ground" it will probably be delivered through a HomeEverything assigned Freight Carrier. The specified freight carrier will call you once your order reaches your local hub to set up an agreeable delivery date. In all cases of delivery when the package is delivered, it is required to inspect the box for any outside indications that the contents may be damaged. If the outside of the box indicates this; please make the appropriate notation when signing for it.

Will the delivery person bring my package inside? There are three basic levels of delivery service.  This is determined on an individual product level and is noted on the product page.

  • Free Ground" this is usually UPS, DHL or FEDEX, They will bring your package to your front door.
  • "Free Truck Service" will be delivered curbside .It will be up to you to move the item inside. If you're going to an upper floor or don't have muscle power available please let us know, an inside "White Glove" delivery service may be available for an additional fee.
  • White Glove Delivery" This service includes delivery usually by a two person crew (limited to 2 flights of stairs), unpacking, removal of debris.

Ship To Address:  You may choose to ship your order to a different address other than your billing address; however, this may result in longer order processing time. We encourage you to ship your order to your billing address. Sales Tax will be automatically charged to all orders being shipped into the state of New York. If you decide to ship your order to an address other than the billing address, we require you to call the customer service number on the back of your credit card after placing your order and instruct your issuing bank/institution to add your shipping address as an authorized "Alternate Shipping Address" on your credit card account. This will only add an extra shipping address to your credit card file. This will not change your billing address. It only takes a few minutes and it will help shorten any delays in verifying and processing your order. Our Credit card fraud protection system will automatically verify that alternate shipping addresses are authorized. Orders that have shipping addresses that are not authorized will not be processed for shipment!

Return Policy on Damages

If an item is delivered to you in unacceptable condition, refuse it and let us know immediately by sending an email to Customer Service at customerservice@homeeverything.com or calling us at 1-888-518-3484.  Please Note: Before accepting any trucking delivery, please make certain to examine the unit for any signs of damage. Remove the product from its packaging for a complete inspection. Once you have signed for delivery, you may not be able to file a claim with the trucking company. Is your website secure, will my personal information and credit card information be safe?   HomeEverything.com has a Verisign certificate assuring that all information that is entered is encrypted and cannot be accessed by any outsider. All transactions are 100% secure. You can be fully assured that none of the provided information will be sold or imparted for trade or sale.

Pricing Policy

HomeEverything.com's credo is truth in advertising, and we aspire to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers.  HomeEverything.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. HomeEverything.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, HomeEverything.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by HomeEverything.com. If you find a lower price please contact us at customerservice@homeeverything.com and we will research the vendor in question. If in fact the claim is valid we will rebate you the difference. Please note that any adjustment if any will be made at the sole discretion of HomeEverything.com.

Rebates: If the items you are purchasing qualify for an instant rebate, the rebate will be applied at the time you add the item to your shopping cart. If the items you are purchasing qualify for manufacturer mail-in rebate, you will have to do the following:

Click on the rebate link in the product description in order to download the rebate form

  • Print out the form and fill it out following the instructions stated on that form
  • Mail the rebate form along with ALL necessary documents to the address given by manufacturer
